Nah, I don't think so. Though I do hear a lot of, "I can't be bothered," and, "I don't have time to fart with plants."

funny, I've heard the oppostie about gardening lately. i've heard that more folks are at least growing veggies!

Yeah, I don't think it's decreasing either. There are a whole bunch of people growing food for the very first time and there's no way the die-hards are going to give it up. Statistics seem to be different everywhere you look.
