Peek-A-Boo!

.
Well, that didn't take long.
I brought the pots of caladium out to get started for this year on March 10, and one pot decided it was time to make an appearance already.

Still waiting on the other. Sometimes they take months to get going, so we'll see.

Unfortunately, the local herd of deer have also made themselves known.
~sigh~
Thanks for the warning?
(I know, pic stinks - they're those tiny dots on the horizon)

Happy (peek-a-boo) Growing! (that sounds a tad naughty...)

Bravo! Great progress in such a short amount of time! Unfortunately, you know as well as I do that it's very likely that the deer have helped themselves. Hmmmm!

Well done on the caladium. I don't yet know if mine made it through our harsh (Florida) winter.

Hiya, kimberly,
thanks for dropping in!
Yeah, they came up surprisingly quickly this time.
Shhh...don't let the deer hear you- I still have my fingers crossed they move on to someone else's yard this year. lol.

Hey there, Deborah,
thanks for stopping by!
Thanks! That's right, you guys got an awful winter this year, huh?
Here's hoping that most everything in your yard just blew it off and is fine.
