    I can pretty much bet you there's no way they've gotten permission from these blog owners.

    I'm really not sure, but there are a few things you could try-
    contact the ISP or webmaster. Use the 'contact us' link and tell them to remove your content:

    Maybe post on the message board and let them know you're not happy that they're reposting your blog content without permission:

    Other than that, I'm sorry, I don't know what else you could do.
